Refund Policy
7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Nockora within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, we will issue a full refund. The intent is simple: teams should be able to evaluate the product without unnecessary commercial risk.
Eligibility
- Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial subscription charge.
- The guarantee applies to the first paid subscription payment only and does not apply to renewals.
- Enterprise agreements are governed by the commercial terms in the applicable order form or contract.
Renewals and subsequent charges
Refunds are not available for renewal charges once a billing cycle has started. If you plan to cancel, do so before the next renewal date. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact Billing support with the account email, the date of the charge, and any relevant context you want us to review.
We aim to process eligible refund requests within 3 to 5 business days.
Exceptions
- Evidence of abuse of the refund policy
- Violations of the Terms of Service
- Requests submitted outside the applicable 7-day window
